摘要
对湿法炉黑在流化床内的流动性能进行了研究,以考察气流速度对湿法炉黑均匀流化状态的影响,从而选择适宜的湿法炉黑臭氧氧化操作气速范围.在此基础上,进行了热态工艺条件实验,结果表明:适宜臭氧氧化的气速为0.37m/s左右,在室温下臭氧气就能与湿法炉黑进行化学反应,生成表面酸性官能团,使湿法炉黑显酸性,pH≤3.5.同时,达到一定的pH值时,反应时间随静床高的增加而成比例地增加.
Influence of gas velocity on fluidization characteristics of wet granulatedfurnace black is studied, and suitable gas velocity selected for oxidation of furnace black. Thethermal experiments were carried out, and the results indicate that a velocity of 0.37 m/s isappropriate and ozone can react with furnace black at room temperature. The product showsPH less than 3.5, and the reaction time increases linearly with an increase in static bed heightof the furnace black.
