摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法测定英山县典型茶园茶叶和土壤中的Ca、Mg、Zn3种矿质元素含量。结果表明,9种茶叶中Ca、Mg、Zn含量变化范围分别为2052~7696mg/kg、821~1542mg/kg、46~130mg/kg;不同茶园茶叶对Ca、Mg、Zn具有不同程度的富集作用,且与土壤中的Ca、Mg、Zn含量呈正相关;不同茶园茶叶随海拔高度降低土壤和土壤有效态中Ca、Mg、Zn3种元素含量有升高的趋势,对Ca元素含量影响最为明显。试验将为英山县生态茶园基地的选择和建设、生态茶园茶叶品质的提高提供一定的理论依据。
The contents of Ca,Mg and Zn in tea-leaf and soil from tea gardens of Yingshan were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the contents of Ca,Mg and Zn in 9 kinds of tea samples were 2 052~7 696 mg/kg,821~1 542mg/kg and 46~130mg/kg,respectively.Different enrichment of Ca,Mg and Zn in tea was observed,and the positive relationship of these elements between soil and tea was obtained.However,altitude of tea garden had a negative relationship with these elements in tea,especially with Ca.In conclusion,the result was helpful to improve the tea quality and choose a suit situation of tea garden in Yingshan.
