摘要
研究了盐酸介质中锰(Ⅱ)催化溴酸钾氧化甲基橙的反应,建立了测定痕量锰(Ⅱ)的分析方法。方法线性范围为1.0×10-8~1.0×10-7g/L,方法检出限为8.0×10-9g/L。对1.0×10-7g/L的锰(Ⅱ)进行了平行测定,其相对标准偏差为4.7%(n=11);并将此法应用于水样中锰(Ⅱ)的测定,结果令人满意。
In this paper,a trace manganese analysis was developed on the base of catalytic effect of manganese(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of methyl orange by potassium bromate in HCl solution.The linear range of determination was from 1.0×10^-8 to 1.0×10^-7 g/ L for manganese(Ⅱ),the detection limit was 8.0×10^-9g/ L(3σ)and the relative standard deviation was 4.7%(n=11).A satisfied result was obtained from the determination of trace manganese(Ⅱ) in water samples.
