石斛属植物的菌根研究进展

Research Advances of Mycorrhiza in Dendrobium

石斛属(Dendrobium SW.)植物具有极高的观赏价值和药用价值,在自然条件下生长的石斛种子萌发、植株营养生长、生殖生长均需要与菌根真菌共生。有益真菌与石斛形成的菌根具有促进石斛植物幼苗生长、增强植物抗性等功能,是加快石斛属植物植株生长速度和保证移栽成活的关键所在。为此,对石斛属植物菌根的显微结构、特点及作用、石斛属植物菌根真菌的鉴定及分类以及石斛属植物和内生真菌的相互作用进行了综述,展望了石斛属植物菌根研究的前景与方向。

Dendrobium species（Dendrobium SW.） with high ornamental value and medicinal value,the growth in natural conditions,seeds germination of Dendrobium,vegetative growth,reproductive growth are necessary symbiosis with mycorrhizal fungi.Beneficial to the formation of mycorrhizal fungi and Dendrobium plants with the promotion of seedling growth,increase plant resistance and other functions,is to speed up plant growth rate Dendrobium species and key to ensuring their survival.The microstructure,characteristics and function of mycorrhiza of Dendrobium were reviewed in this paper.The identification and classification of mycorrhiza fungi in Dendrobium and their reciprocity were summarized.The prospect and the field of mycorrhiza research of Dendrobium in the future were put forward.
