青岛市生态文明建设的对策

Countermeasures for Constructing Ecological Civilization in Qingdao City

生态文明是人类对工业文明进行深刻反思的产物,进行生态文明建设是当前保护生态环境、实现可持续发展的有效途径。青岛市在生态文明建设过程中,面临着生态环境恶化、环境污染严重、经济增长过度依赖于资源消耗、节能减排任务艰巨、城乡经济发展不平衡、农村可持续发展基础薄弱等问题。提出了转变经济增长方式、推动产业结构优化升级、实现经济活动"绿色化"和无害化以及生态环境保护产业化、建立可持续的消费模式、加强生态文化建设、引导社会公众树立生态文化意识等生态文明建设的对策。

Ecological civilization is the product of human deeply rethinking industrial civilization.Ecological civilization construction is an effective method for environment protection and sustainable development.In the ecological civilization constructing process,Qingdao city is restricted by some problems such as ecological environment deterioration,serious contamination,economy increase depending overly on natural resource consumption,arduous task of saving energy and reducing carbon dioxide discharge,economy development imbalance between urban and countryside and the weak basis of sustainable development in the countryside,etc.To solve these problems,relevant countermeasures should be taken,such as transforming the model of economy increase,optimizing and upgrading industry framework,implementing greenness and innocuity of economical activity and environment protection industrialization,establishing sustainable consumption fashion,strengthening the construction of ecological culture and leading public to form consciousness of ecological culture.
