无位置传感器无刷直流电机位置信号相位补偿 被引量:7

摘要 反电动势过零检测法是应用最广泛的一种无刷直流电机(BLDCM)转子位置辨识方法。为消除由于PWM高频开关噪声产生的影响,该方法一般需采用硬件滤波电路来对测量的信号进行处理,由此带来转子位置信号相位误差。根据滤波电路的特点提出了基于直线拟合技术的转子位置信号相位补偿方法,并将其用于BLDCM无位置传感器控制系统。实验结果表明,该补偿策略能显著提高转子位置的辨识精度,改善电机运行性能。 The method of sensing zero-crossing of back EMF is a major rotor position identification scheme.To reduce the impact of high-frequency PWM switching noise,the hardware filtering circuit is necessary for signal processing in sensing back EMF.Then the phase delay of rotor position signal is inevitably produced.The phase delay compensation method for rotor position signal is proposed based on straight line fitting technique and it is used to sensorless control for brushless DC motor drives.The experimental results show that the proposed compensation method can obviously improve both the accu-racy of rotor position identification and the performance of motor running.
