摘要
针对稀土永磁(RPEM)无刷直流电机(BLDCM)在三相6状态工作方式下存在低速转矩脉动的问题,分析了制约BLDCM调速范围的几种因素,利用Buck直流斩波器与三相桥式逆变器相结合的新型功率拓扑结构并构建基于DSP的转速闭环数字控制系统,对BLDCM的宽范围调速技术进行了研究。在理论分析的基础上,完成了原理样机的设计、调试和实验验证。
The paper analyses the factors which affect the speed control range for blusless DC motor(BLDCM) aiming at the problems of torque ripple when RPEM BLDCM is in the condition of three-phase and six-state.Taking a systematic research of wide-range speed control technology for BLDCM by the new power of topological structure for the combination of Buck DC chopper and three-phase inverter combined with closed-loop digital control of rotation speed based on DSP.Through theoretical analysis,the prototype is debugged and validated.
