摘要
采用显微镜研究、X-射线衍射分析、电子探针分析等手段,查明了某斑岩型低品位铜钼矿石矿物组成,铜、钼的赋存状态及主要矿物的嵌布特性。根据工艺矿物学研究结果,针对该矿石的性质特点,选矿试验采用铜钼硫混合浮选-铜钼浮选-铜钼分离的原则流程,最终得到良好指标:钼精矿钼品位46.28%,回收率70.26%;铜精矿铜品位22.31%,回收率84.19%;硫精矿硫品位30.24%,回收率69.60%。为了提高矿山的资源利用率,在浮选富集金属矿物之后,应在尾矿中回收钾长石、钠长石。
This process mineralogy study was made to identify the mineral composition of a porphyry-type low-grade copper-molybdenum ore,the occurrence of copper and molybdenum and the dissemination characteristics of the main minerals by means of microscope,X-ray diffraction analysis,electron microprobe.According to the results,the principle flowsheet of copper,molybdenum and sulfur bulk flotation-copper and molybdenum bulk flotation-copper and molybdenum separation were adopted in beneficiation test considering the properties of the ore.The good indexes are obtained finally that the grade and recovery of molybdenum concentration are 46.28% and 70.26% respectively,the grade and recovery of copper concentration are 22.31% and 84.19%,the grade and recovery of sulfur concentration are 30.24% and 69.60%.The potash feldspar and albite should be recovered from the tailings of flotating the metal minerals in order to improve the resource utilization of mines.
