摘要
选用价格低廉的低碳铁经脱碳退火和法兰处理后能显著改善电磁性能,其铁损和磁感值可以达到冷轧无取向硅钢片的技术指标。用它可代替硅钢片制做小型电机中的定子和转子。目前该材料已用在冰箱压缩机中,具有成本低、生产工艺简单的特点。
The cheap low carbon iron can be decarbonization annealled and flange treated to improve the electronic magnetic performance. The core loss and magnetic flux can reach the technical specification of non-oriented silicon steel sheet. It may replace silicon steel sheet as the stator and rotator of small mo-tor. At present, this material has been used in refrigerator compressor, to achieve the characteristic of low cost and simple manufacturing process.
