制备条件对二钼酸铵粒度及分布的影响

EFFECT OF PREPARATION CONDITIONS ON PARTICLE SIZE AND DISTRIBUTION OF AMMONIUM DIMOLYBDATES

研究了添加剂及分散剂对二钼酸铵粒度及分布的影响。结果表明,通过添加剂的加入,大大改善了生成颗粒的性能。随着添加剂加入量的增加,粗晶粒数量增加,但分布较差,通过加入分散剂,解决了分布上的双峰问题。分析表明,控制二次成核是结晶过程中重要的操作要点。

The effect of additives and dispersing agent on the crystal size distribution（CSD） was investigated.The results show that with the adding of additives,crystal properties were improved greatly.The higher the additives content,the larger the area ratio of coarse grains,but the worse CSD.Through adding dispersing agent,the problem of double apex was settled.It is also shown that control of secondary nucleation is the predominant point in ADM crystallization.
