摘要
改革开放以来,新疆公共事业发展成绩斐然。文章在界定公共事业内涵与范围的基础上,重点总结了公共事业发展的基本经验,并提出建立与完善现代公共事业管理体制的新思路。
There has been great achievement and development in the field of public management in Xinjiang.The present article summarizes the basic experience gained in public management affairs based on the definition of public management and its connotation and scope of the term.The article has provided the further improvement and perfection of the construction of the public management sys-tem as well.
