摘要
风险投资过程中,代表风险投资机构的风险投资家与风险企业家之间存在着严重的信息不对称,由信息不对称引发的代理风险成为了阻碍风险投资取得成功的重要原因。通过分析由信息不对称导致的代理风险,研究如何克服代理风险问题以及提出合理的代理风险控制途径。
In the process of venture capital investing,the serious information asymmetry exists between venture capitalists on behalf of the venture capital firms and entrepreneurs they fund.Theagency risks caused by information asymmetry are an important factor that impedes the success of investment activity.Based on analyzing the agency risks that information asymmetry leads to,this paper studies how to overcome the problem and indicates the reasonable ways to control the risks.
