自主学习在国内是一种新的学习模式,是学习者把握自己学习的理念,是新型大学英语教学改革下以学生为中心的课堂上学习者必须具备的一种能力。近几年,随着新一轮大学英语教学改革在全国范围内的推行,多媒体教学技术在英语教学中得到广泛的推广和应用,英语教学逐渐朝着多元化、自主式和主动式学习的方向发展,因此,多媒体教学模式下,大学生英语自主学习能力的培养显得极为重要。本文简要介绍了自主学习的定义,探讨其影响因素,从学生和教师的角度阐述了如何培养外语学习者的自主性。

Autonomous learning is a new model of learning in the country,an idea for learners to control their learning activity,a requirement that teachers should have the ability to conduct the student-centered class-room teaching in the new round of college foreign language teaching reform.In recent years,with the new round of college foreign language teaching reform being carried out throughout the country,with the multimedia teaching technology being widely applied,the teaching of English develops in the direction of multiple,autonomous and initiative models.Therefore,in the context of multimedia teaching model,the fostering of the ability in autonomous learning among college students is very important.The definition of autonomous learning is given.Influential factors are probed into.And ways to foster students＇ ability in their autonomous learning are explained from the angles of the teacher and the student.
