临床实习护士学生就业压力源的调查

A survey on employment pressure source in apprentice male nurse students

目的了解实习护士学生就业压力源因素。方法利用自编的实习护士学生就业压力源调查问卷对67位临床实习护士学生进行调查。结果实习护士学生就业压力源以学校因素最高，其次依次为社会环境因素、家庭因素、专业因素、个人因素。学生学历除了在压力源中社会环境因素有差异外，其余各因素均无差异。父母职业是否与医疗卫生事业相关在压力源因素中除了学校因素没有差异外，在其余四个因素都有差异，是否独生子女在压力源中个人因素和家庭因素有差异，其余因素都无差异。结论临床实习护士学生就业压力与社会环境因素、家庭因素、专业因素、个人因素均有相关，临床教学老师应该了解学生就业压力源因素，帮助学生解除心理压力，明确就业方向。

Objective To understand the factors for employment pressure source in apprentice male nurse students. Methods By self-designed questionnaires, a survey on employment pressure source was conducted in 67 apprentice male nurse students. Results The employment pressure was highest in school factor, followed by social environment factor, family factor, professional factor, individual factor. Educational background besides the social environment factor had a difference in the pressure source, other various factors do not have a difference. The parent occupation doesn＇t have the difference with the health enterprise correlation in the pressure source factor besides school factor. All had a difference in other four factors. The number of sibling and the family factor had a difference in the pressure source, other factors do not have the difference. Conclusions The employment pressure in male nurse students is associated with social environment factor, family factor, professional factor, and individual factor. Teachers should understand the factors for employment pressure and help their student to relieve pressure and to understand employment direction.
