摘要
简要概述了国内外有关大洋钴结壳资源勘查及冶炼加工的现状，同时指出我国应加大投资力度，研究采矿和冶炼加工方法，为下世纪开发利用大洋钴结壳资源奠定技术基础。
A brief review is made of the present status of ocean cobalt crust resource invetigation and smelting methods. The authors point out that China should increase investment in research work on mining and smelting methods of ocean cobalt crust, so as to lay technical foundation for development and utilization of ocean cobalt crust resources in the next century.
