摘要
从山西省多高原山地、矿产遍布、多地质灾害特点出发，论述了省区环境路隧工程的主要种类、重要性及其内容、实施重点与策略，阐明了以环境路隧工程促进交通发展的必由之路。
According to Shanxis characteristics, such as more highlands and mountains, rich mineral resources and frequent geologic disasters, the author describes the types, importance, activities and implement tactics of the environmentroadwaytunnel projects within the territory of this province. It is concluded that it is the only way to accelerate the development of traffics through the environmentroadwaytunnel projects.
