摘要
对复杂含砷锑银矿酸性浸出渣提取银进行了研究,提出了对浸出渣进行氧化焙烧预处理再转化浸银的处理工艺,在焙烧温度650℃,H2SO4体系中转化,Na2SO3溶液浸出,甲醛作还原剂,银的浸出率为9425%,银粉品位为9438%。
The extraction of silver from acidic leach slime of complex arsenicbearing dyscrasite is investigated, thereby proposing the oxidizing roasting inversionleaching process. On conditions that an oxidizing roasting temperature is 650 , conversion takes place in the H2SO4 system, leaching is conducted with Na2SO4 and reduction is performed with formaldelyde, the leaching efficiency of 945% can be obtained, with a spongy silver purity of 9438%.
