摘要
对添加复合粘结剂强化镍精矿冷固成型和强化电炉熔炼的工艺及机理进行了研究。结果表明:复合粘结剂具有增大团块强度及改变冷固团块比电阻的双重功效,从而为提高矿热电炉熔炼能力,节省电耗及提高金属镍回收率提供了有利条件。
The mechanisms of cold agglomeration of coppernickel bulk concentrate with addition of effective binder and coke breeze and the enhancing of refining by using cold agglomerated complex briquette as electric furnace charge were researched. Scaleup test showed that the complex briquette as the charge for the electric furnace, which possesses a higher specific electric resistance and greater mechanical strength, helps increase the smelting capacity, of electric furnace, lower energy cosumption and improve nickel recovery.
