摘要
为了提高自动步枪火力持续性,提出适用步枪弹的新型卧式大容量弹匣结构。采用该弹匣结构使全枪高度尺寸大大减小,重心更靠近全枪中心,结构原理可行。建立了弹匣运动学/动力学仿真模型,对供弹、装弹动作协调性进行了仿真,分析了枪弹在90°弹匣变向件中的运动状态及动作的及时可靠性,分析了枪弹从供弹口装入弹匣的动作可行性,对弹匣小角度偏离时的供弹动作进行了分析,最后得到了推弹路线,验证了卧式大容量弹匣的可行性。
To improve the fire sustainability of automatic weapons,a new horizontal high-capacity magazine is designed for automatic rifles.The magazine makes the lateral dimensions smaller,the distances between gravity center and geometric centre closer,and the structural principle feasible.The kinematic and dynamic models are established to simulate the compatibility of the ammunition feeding and loading motion.The simulation results show that the bullet in the magazine can turn 90 degrees and feed timely,the bullet can be fed into the magazine successfully,and the motion is concordant.The ammunition feeding motion is analyzed when the magazine has a small angle offset.The route to push ammunition is obtained finally.The feasibility of the horizontal high-capacity magazine is verified.
