摘要 为了研究不同溶剂精制的2,4,6-三氨基-3,5-二硝基吡啶-1-氧化物(TNPyO)的性能,分别以三氟乙酸(CF3COOH)、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,采用重结晶法精制TNPyO,对精制后样品性能进行比较分析。结果表明:用CF3COOH重结晶精制的TNPyO粒度最小,粒度主要分布在0.2~30μm,比表面积为2.760 m2/g;升温速率为10℃/min时,DSC分析和动力学计算表明CF3COOH重结晶的TNPyO分解热焓最小为855.7 J/g,最高峰值温度为355.9℃,表观活化能为303.15 kJ/mol;撞击和摩擦感度最低,分别为28%和16%。 In order to study the properties of 2,4,6-triamino-3,5-dinitropyridine-1-oxide(TNPyO) recrystallized by different solvents,three fine samples of TNPyO are prepared by recrystallization from the solvents of trifluoroacetic acid(CF3COOH),dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) and N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF) respectively.The properties of the three samples are comparatively analysed.The results show that the particle sizes of TNPyO prepared by recrystallization from CF3COOH are the smallest in all samples distributing from 0.2 μm to 30 μm and its specific surface area is 2.760 m2/g.The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) analysis and thermal decomposition kinetics calculation indicate,compared with TNPyO prepared by recrystallization from DMSO and DMF,the enthalpy of decomposition of TNPyO(CF3COOH) is the lowest,the temperature of the exothermic peak is the highest,the results are 855.7 J/g and 355.9 ℃ at 10 ℃/min heating rate,and its activation energy is 303.15 kJ/mol;impact and friction sensitivity of TNPyO prepared by recrystallization from CF3COOH are 28% and16%,respectively.
