摘要
采用Euler多相流模型和标准k-ε模型,并利用SIMPLEC算法,对不同初始固相浓度下的渣浆泵内部流动进行了数值模拟,得到了叶轮和蜗壳内的压力分布、速度分布、固相浓度分布等泵内流场情况,并对渣浆泵的磨损情况作出了分析。
The research utilized Euler multiphase flow model,standard model and SIMPLED algorithm,the numerical simulation was done for flowage inside the sand pump under condition of different initial solid concentration,obtained the information of the pressure distribution,velocity distribution,solid concentration distribution inside the impeller and pump,and also analyzed the wear condition of the sand pump.
