摘要
针对9Cr2MoV等锻钢冷轧工作辊碳含量高、轧辊淬硬层脆、淬硬层利用率低的缺点,提出降碳、硅合金化新型轧辊材料。试验结果表明,含0.75%C的降碳、硅合金化材料是一种在恶劣工作条件下,抗事故性强。
A new type of roll material containing silicon and lower carbon content is presented to avoid brittleness and low utilization of hardening layer of roll made from 9Cr2MoV The experimental results illustrated that the new steel grade is good at poor working conditions with higher failure resistance and longer life span
