摘要
随着服务经济的发展,服务创新成为企业获取竞争优势的重要动力。服务创新过程中供应商的参与越来越普遍,供应商参与服务创新可以提高服务创新的绩效,同时也会带来一些风险。根据服务创新过程的特殊性,首先建立了服务创新过程模型;然后对供应商参与服务创新的过程进行分析,供应商在适当的时机参与新服务创新的过程,可以帮助提升服务创新传递效果,发现服务创新过程各阶段供应商的参与活动和参与方式是不同的,从而得出在服务创新过程中从供应商不参与到供应商完全参与服务创新时,随着供应商参与程度的不断增加形成了一个连续谱线;最后讨论了供应商参与服务创新带来的利益和风险。
Supplier involvement in service innovation is more and more prevalent.Supplier involvement can improve the performance of service innovation and it is an important motivation to make the company succeed.But there are some risks too.According to the characteristics of service innovation,a service innovation process model is proposed.When supplier involve in service innovation in proper time,it can improve the effect of service innovation product.So based on analyzing the supplier involvement activities in service innovation process,the supplier involvement continuum in service innovation is proposed.At last the impacts that supplier involvement in service innovation brings about are analyzed.
