技术溢出对集群企业创新绩效的影响机理研究被引量：21

Empirical analysis on the influence of technology spillover on innovation performance within cluster enterprises

摘要诸多研究认为,技术溢出是集群内企业提高创新绩效的主要因素,而企业创新环境和吸收能力是技术溢出与集群企业创新绩效之间关系的重要调节变量。构建了技术溢出、吸收能力、企业创新环境与企业创新绩效等变量之间关系的理论模型。对长春市软件产业集群的97家软件企业的调查问卷进行实证分析,实证研究结果表明,在集群内,技术溢出对企业创新绩效具有直接影响,且两者之间关系受到企业吸收能力和企业创新环境的正向调节作用,另外,企业吸收能力对集群企业间技术溢出具有积极影响。 Many studies suggest that technology spillover within cluster enterprises is the main factor to improve the innovation performance,business innovation environment and absorptive capability are important variable regulation of the relationship between innovation performance between technology spillover and cluster enterprise innovation performance.The paper builds the theoretical model about the relationship between technology spillover,absorptive capability,business innovation environment and innovation performance.An empirical analysis is made on Changchun software industry cluster by means of questionnaires based on 97 software companies.Empirical results show that in the cluster,technology spillover has a direct impact on innovation performance,and the relationship between technology spillover and innovation performance is regulated positively by absorptive capability and business innovation environment.Also,absorptive capability has positive influence on technology Spillover between cluster enterprises.
