摘要
为了使设计出的恒张力锚机在满足功能要求的情况下,具有足够的刚度和强度,在进行锚机总体设计的基础上,对锚机的主要结构件进行了安全性分析,包括滚筒在最大受力条件下的强度分析;机架及减速机受力、本体强度和吊点强度分析等.计算结果表明,锚机的主要结构件具有很好的强度,并具有较高的安全系数,满足设计要求.
In order to make sure that in the cases of meeting the functional requirements,the designed constant tension windlass has sufficient stiffness and strength,based on the overall design of the windlass,this article carries on the security analysis of the main structural parts,such as roller,machine frame,speed reducer,including the strength analysis of the roller undering the maximum force condition;and analysis of forces,body strength and lifting point intensity of the machine frame and speed reducer.The calculation results show that:the main structural parts of the windlass not only have excellent strength but also have a high safety factor and meet the design requirements.
