摘要 平禹二矿目前主采五2薄煤层,由于采煤工艺落后,工人劳动强度大,产能低,经济效益差。以综合机械化开采代替落后的炮采工艺后,状况得到了改变,产能大幅提升,经济效益明显提高。对该薄煤层开采时的综采设备配套选型、生产系统优化进行了介绍,针对综采生产中遇到的问题提出了解决办法。实践证明,推行先进的回采工艺是实现安全高产高效的基础,是企业降低成本、提高经济效益的必由之路。 Ⅴ2 Coal Seam is the main thin coal seam in Pingyu No.2 Mine,whose mining technics is backward,workers′ labor intensity is great,productivity is low,economic efficiency is bad.Situation had changed greatly after the backward blasting mining was substituted for fully-mechanized mining,which improved productivity and economic efficiency.Introduced equipment selection and matching,and optimization of production system.Solutions were proposed to overcome difficults in mining.Practice showed that,the implementation of advanced mining technics is the basis of high production and efficiency,and the only way to keep costs down,improve economic efficiency.
