摘要
本文在研究切削声发射测量仪的基础上,研制了一种检测磨削加工中砂轮与工件接触特性的声发射监测仪,它通过声发射信号的幅度变化准确地检测出磨削加工过程中砂轮与工件接触特性.实验表明,这种方法具有一定的对刀和测量精度,并具有较高的灵敏度.
This paper describes the principle of AcousticEmission Monitor for detecting the contact of the grindingwheel and the workpiece based on the cutting acousticemission monitor It can be used for accurately detecting thecontact of the grinding wheel and the workpiece in process.The experimental results indicate that this method hasadvantages of certain accuracy of alignment tool andmeasurement as well as higher sensitivity.
