摘要
白云铁矿大型振动放矿机出料槽装置底脚固定螺栓由于长时间运行,大部分螺栓疲劳断落。预埋在混凝土中的断螺栓难以更换,造成出料槽整体下沉、变形、损坏。出料槽隐患严重影响设备正常运行。采用螺栓植入新技术,保证植入螺栓的强度和可靠性超过原螺栓,并对出料槽整体进行修复和改造,使出料槽装置恢复了正常运行状态。
Due to the long-time running,most set bolts at the footing of discharge chute on large stope vibratory ore-drawing machine are fatigue fractured.It is difficult to replace the broken bolt built in the concrete,which causes the discharge chute subsided,deformed,and damaged.A result of hidden troubles for discharge chute,normal operation of equipment could be effected seriously.The new technology of embedding bolt is adopted to ensure the intensity and reliability to be better than before.Moreover,repair and reform the discharge chute could make the equipment resume normal operation.
