文章从铁路既有线施工组织的特点着手,从施工组织五个方面进行分析,提出做好铁路既有线施工组织,是最大限度确保施工安全和进度,减小工运矛盾的主要途径。

In the paper,start with the features of construction organization of existing railway,it is analyzed five major aspects of construction organization.Also,it is proposed that doing construction organization of existing railway well is important means for ensuring the construction safety and schedule as well as reducing contradictions of worker＇s movement.
