摘要
通过分析目前调车作业及其在安全管理中的地位以及调车安全管理的难点,并结合包神铁路调车作业的实践经验,提出搞好调车安全管理工作的办法和措施。
With the analysis on present shunting work,its status in safety management and the difficulties of safety management for shunting,the means and measures of improving safety management for shunting are proposed by combining with practical experiences of shunting work on Bao-shen railway.
