摘要
宏伟热电厂#2锅炉为直吹式风扇磨制粉系统,四套制粉系统,四角喷然,燃褐煤。采用中心式喷燃器,设计排烟温度为163℃。锅炉炉于97年投产后,由于生产的需要,2000年将中心式喷燃器改为水平浓淡式喷燃器,但满负荷时排烟温度高于设计值许多。2006年8月对其再次改造为周界风式浓淡喷燃器,现在的运行出现的状况是燃烧不稳,正负压波动的幅度大,易造成锅炉灭火,给值班员的工作带来了不变。本文阐述的是对该炉燃烧不稳定状态的分析及采取的相应对策。
Hongwei power plant No.2 Boiler is type HG-220/9.8 MPa-HM12,it has direct-firing system,4 fan mills,4 burners,central burner and burns lignite.Its designed flue gas temperature is 163 ℃.It was put into operation in 1997,and then the burners were modified to horizontal shading burners in 2000 due to production request.But flue gas temperature was a lot higher than designed value since the modification.Burners were modified again to perimeter air richelean burners,but the problems in operation are unstable combustion and furnace pressure high fluctuation which can cause boiler trip.The analysis and solutions for the unstable combustion are discussed in this paper.
