摘要 本文分析了生物质锅炉高温过热器腐蚀垢样的主要成分及熔融特性,结合现场实际和相关文献,研究了腐蚀发生过程,以及在碱金属氯化物对高温熔融腐蚀的作用,并对腐蚀的典型温度区间、普遍存在性和持续性的特点进行了分析,最后提出了防止腐蚀的措施和方法。 This paper gives analysis on major elements and molten characteristics of corrosion scale sample of biomass fired boiler high superheater,and puts forward the key point that alkali chloride molten corrosion is major type of biomass fired boiler high temperature superheater.Corrosion mechanism is described based on actual conditions on site and some papers,and corrosion characteristics including typical temperature region,generally existing and everlasting is summarized.Finally,Measurements and methods of inhabiting corrosion are pointed out.
