摘要
在中小型煤粉锅炉中采用微油点火设备,用很少的燃料油获得刚性极强,温度较高的稳定火焰,利用该高温火焰,将通过煤粉燃烧器的一次风、煤二相气流温度迅速升高至该煤粉的着火温度,从而实现煤粉的稳定燃烧,在保证燃烧效率和锅炉出力的同时,大大降低了燃油成本,提高了经济效益。
The technology of igniting with a little fuel oil,which applies in medium miniature pulverized coal fired boiler,can produce stable flame with strong rigidity and high temperature.The flame makes the air and pulverized coal mixture temperature rise to its igniting point,so that the pulverized coal can fire stably.The technology can decrease the fuel oil cost and improve the economic efficiency well as insure the combustion efficiency and the boiler output.
