引风机高压电机变频器节能改造

摘要 贵州鸭溪金元发电运营有限公司为4×300MW火电燃煤机组,每台锅炉配置两台引风机,其运行效率低,且存在着启动电流大、转速高、轴承温度高等弊端,导致厂用电率非常高。针对引风机存在的问题进行分析,提出了引风机加装变频调速装置的改造方案。通过运行中故障处理实践,得出引风机工频与变频切换的操作程序。并分析了变频改造后所取得的效果,比较了采用变频器前后的节能效果,对降低厂用电率,提高机组运行效率,改善设备的运行状况。延长设备的使用寿命有一定的实际意义。为同类电厂锅炉引风机变频改造进行了有益的尝试。 There are four 300MW coal -fired units in Guizhou Yaxi Power Plant. Each boiler is equipped with two Induced Draft Fans. But the Induced Draft efficiency, large startup current, high speed, high Fans expose a lot of problems such as low operation bearing ter analyzing the problems of the Induced Draft Fans, this temperature and high power consumption. Afpaper proposes a transformation of adding frequency conversion devices on the Induced Draft Fans and obtains the switching procedure between the frequency and the frequency conversion through production practice. In this paper, it also analyzes the result of frequency conversion and compares the effect of energy - saving before and after the usage of frequency conversion. It will have practical significance in reducing plant power consumption, improving the opera- tion efficiency, improving the equipment status and extending the equipment life. And it also provides a useful reference for the transformation of frequency conversion in similar power plant.
