摘要
供电企业非常重视员工的技术培训,尤其是一线员工的技能培训,变电站是供电企业一个重要的生产班组,运行安全与否是企业经济效益的前提,而变电站安全的基础,则是人员的技术水平。目前,对于变电站培训目标、培训应采用的方式,规章制度中都是很明确的,但是,在培训的效果上,部分员工技术水平提升缓慢,究其原因,培训工作中“走形式”等问题依然存在,只有认真分析原因,进行改进,才能实实在在提高值班员的培训效果。
The power supply enterprise stress the technical training of the staff, especially on the basic - level worker technical training. The substation is an important production team in the power supply enterprise. The safe operation or not is the premise of the enterprise economic benefit. The technical level of the employee is the safe basic of the substation. Nowadays, the training object, the training method and the regulation of the substation is conciseness. However, on the training effect view, parts of the members' level improve slowly as a result of the formalism in the process of the training. Analyzing the reason and correcting strictly is the only method to improve the training effect of the worker on duty .
