徐夤《尚书惠蜡面茶》之“地仙”考论

晚唐五代作家徐夤的《尚书惠蜡面茶》是福建暨武夷茶文化史上最早的咏茶诗,对研究福建及武夷茶文化早期历史极具文献价值。诗中的"地仙"所指,学界大多释为"作者自指",也有学者推测徐夤诗中的"采摘新芽献地仙"是"一种祭祀茶神的仪式,所祭或为陆羽否?"其实,徐夤诗中的"采摘新芽献地仙"句,确为一种祭茶仪式,只不过所祭的"地仙"并非"陆羽",而应为武夷仙人"武夷君"。
