摘要
高等院校知识型组织是人才较为集中的特殊组织,隐性领导是相对于传统的外显领导而提出的一种新的领导方式,本文认为这是一种较为适合高等院校知识型组织的领导方式。文章从隐性领导的定义和特点、在高校知识型组织管理中的优势和具体实施三个方面对这一课题进行初步的探索。
Organizations of universities is a special one full of intellectuals.Contrasting with traditional outgoing leadership,implicit leadership is a inovative one.This paper suggests that implicit leadersh suits the development of universities better than outgoing one.It proves this thesis by defining implicit leaership and its characteristics,explaining the advantages of knowledge-based organization management and its implimentation.
