乳业是长链条产业,涉及了第一产业(农牧业)、第二产业(食品加工业)和第三产业(分销、物流等)的纵向延伸,以乳品加工企业为核心的供应链成员之间的合作已经变得越来越普及。以内蒙古为例,就乳品加工企业与奶农供应链合作关系演变进程与绩效展开讨论,试图找出中国乳业发展进程的一般规律。

Dairy industry is a long chain of industry.It involved in the primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry.Cooperation among the members of the supply chain has become increasingly popular.So taking example of Inner Mongolia,this paper analyzed evolution and performance of supply chain partnership between processing enterprises and farmers to arrive at gen-eral law of dairy industry development.
