摘要
由于非核心电子在供应链中无法占有核心地位,所以在推行实施VMI管理的时候,往往会遇到一系列的困难,最终导致实施不成功。为使VMI能够在非核心电子企业成功实施,从以下几个方面进行了针对性的讨论:首先,讨论了为什么非核心电子企业要实施VMI;其次,分析了在非核心企业实施VMI的可行性;第三,如何在非核心企业实施VMI;第四,在非核心企业实施VMI后的评估;第五,出现了VMI管理上的缺陷如何补救?最后,使用实例来说明在非核心企业实施VMI所带来的好处——牛鞭效应的消除,从而优化了供应链,降低了物流成本。
The non-core electronic companies had to face many difficulties during the implementation of VMI because they can not occupy the core position in the supply chain.They rarely can implement VMI successfully just because of there position dur-ing the supply chain.This article focuses on following subjects to make sure implement the VMI successfully: first,why the non-core electronics companies need to implement the VMI.Second,the feasibility of implementation analyzes.Third,how carry out the VMI in non-core companies? Fourth,the assessment after VMI implementation.Fifth,how remedy the situation of deficiencies during VMI implementation? Finally,introduce the benefits of implement the VMI in non-core companies through the examples.The example shows that the bullwhip effect is illustrated and the supply chain is optimized and the cost of logistic is reduced.
