亚麻饼粕中亚麻胶的提取及其理化性质研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用水浸提法从亚麻饼粕中提取亚麻胶.通过单因素实验和正交试验,得到提取亚麻胶的最佳条件:料液比为1∶125,温度为70℃,提取时间为90 min,洗胶次数为1次.在此条件下亚麻胶的提取率可达32.0%.同时,研究了浓度、pH值、温度对亚麻胶溶液粘度及浓度对乳化率的影响. The flaxseed gum was extracted from flaxmeal with water in this paper. By using single-factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: the ratio of material to liquid, 1: 125, extraction temperature, 70℃ , extraction time, 90 min, and washing for 1 time. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of flaxseed gum could amount to 32.0% . The effect of concentration, pH, temperature on the viscosity of flaxseed gum solution and the effect of concentration on the rate of emulsion were also studied.
