高频超声及彩色多普勒诊断乳腺肿块的价值

目的评价高频超声及彩色多普勒在诊断乳腺肿块中的价值。方法应用高频二维超声对58例乳腺肿块患者进行检查,观察肿块形态、大小、边界、内部回声、后方回声、纵横比、有无微小钙化及腋下淋巴结肿大等,结合彩色多普勒超声观察肿块的血流分布情况。结果 58例中,术前诊断乳腺癌6例,乳腺纤维腺瘤39例,乳腺增生结节13例,误诊10例,诊断符合率为82.76%(48/58)。结论高频二维超声结合彩色多普勒在乳腺肿块良恶性的鉴别诊断中具有较高的价值。

Objective To evaluate the high-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler in the Diagnosis Of breast neoplasms. Methods of high frequency ultrasonography in 58 patients with breast tumors were examined to observe the tumor shape, size, border, internal echo, posterior echo, aspect ratio, with or without microcalcifi cations and axillary lymph nodes, etc, combined with color Doppler Ultrasonic observation of blood flow distribution. Results 58 patients, preoperative diagnosis of breast cancer in 6 cases, 39 cases of breast fi broadenoma, breast nodules in 13 cases, 10 cases of misdiagnosis, diagnosis rate of 82.76% （48/58）. Conclusion The combination of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography of benign and malignant breast masses in the differential diagnosis of high value.
