早期乳腺癌保乳手术61例临床分析

目的探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术的临床疗效。方法选择我院2003年1月～2007年1月乳腺癌患者123例,以上患者均为Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者,分为观察组和对照组。观察组行保乳手术,对照组行改良根治术。两组患者均行定期随访,患者术后1年内,每3个月随访1次,以后每6个月随访1次。随访内容包括患者一年、三年、五年的生存率、局部复发、远处转移、美容效果等。结果两组患者一年、三年、五年的生存率、复发率、远处转移率比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;两组患者美容效果优良率比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论早期乳腺癌保乳手术联合术后放射治疗早期乳腺癌临床效果显著,和改良根治术效果相似,且创伤小、患者痛苦少、恢复快、美容效果好等优点,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of breast-conserving surgery of early breast cancer.Methods 123 cases with StageⅠandⅡbreast cancer from Jan.2003 to Jan.2007 were divided into observation group and control group.Observation group was performed breast-conserving surgery,while control group was given modified radical mastectomy.The regular follow-up was performed.Every 3 months a time in 1 year after operation and then every 6 months a time.The follow-up including 1,3,5 years survival rates,local recurrence,distant metastasis and cosmetic effect.Results Two groups’difference of 1,3,5 years survival rates, local recurrence and distant metastasis had no statistical significance,P0.05;while two groups’excellent and good rate of cosmetic effect had statistical significance, P0.05.Conclusion Compared with modified radical mastectomy,the combination of breast-conserving surgery and postoperative radiotherapy have remarkable effect in treating early breast cancer.It should be recommended for its little trauma,less pain,rapid recovery and good cosmetic effect.
