97例首次住院精神分裂症中医分型及相关因素探讨

An exploration of the relational factors and the traditional Chinese medicine type of 97 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized for the first time

目的:探讨首次住院精神分裂症患者的中医辨证分型影响因素及与西医分型的关系。方法:对97例首次住院的精神分裂症患者进行中医辨证分型,分为痰火内扰、气郁痰结、气滞血瘀、痰瘀交阻、痰湿内阻及气血双虚6型,并分析精神分裂症西医分型及阳性症状、阴性症状、脉搏等对中医分型的影响。结果:精神分裂症的中医分型排前三位的分别是痰瘀交阻型(30.9%)、痰湿内阻型(28.9%)、气滞血瘀型(16.5%);痰火内扰型(5.2%)最少见。中医分型与脉搏、意志减退、孤僻少动密切相关(P<0.05),与西医分型及阳性症状无显著相关。结论:精神分裂症的中医分型与患者的脉搏及阴性症状显著相关,与西医分型无对应关系。

Objective：To explore the relational factors of the traditional Chinese medical type of the patients with schizophrenia hospitalized for the first time and the relationship between traditional Chinese medical type and the western medical type.Methods：97 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized for the first time were divided into six types such as heart disturbed by phlegm-fire,stagnation of vital energy and accumulation of phlegm,stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis,vital energy depression caused by phlegm and blood stasis,stagnation of phlegm-wetness,deficiency of both vital energy and blood et al.The western medical type and the influence of the traditional Chinese medical type caused by positive symptom,negative symptom,and pulse et al were analyzed.Results： The first three types were vital energy depression caused by phlegm and blood stasis（30.9%）,stagnation of phlegm-wetness（28.9%） and stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis（16.5%）,while the heart disturbed by phlegm-fire（5.2%） was the lowest.The traditional Chinese medical type has close relationship with pulse,volition reduction,solitude（P0.05） and has no relationship with positive symptom and western medical type.Conclusions： The traditional Chinese medical type of schizophrenia has close relationship with pulse,negative symptom and has no relationship with western medical type.
