在法制不断健全的社会及市场全球化的今天,在日常经济交往中,签订合同或契约早已经成为司空见惯的事,但由于合同当事人的警惕性及对法律的了解不够,无效合同的数量也随之增加,这既给合同当事人造成了不必要的财产损失又承担相应的法律后果。文章通过对无效合同概念的界定及其承担的法律后果的确认以期提醒合同当事人在订立合同时提高警惕,维护好自身的合法权益,避免不必要的经济损失及承担相应的法律后果。

Today,the legal system is improved and the market globalization has come true,in the economic relation,singing a contract has already become a common thing,however,base on the vililance and disunderstanding of the parties to the contract,large number of contracts have increased,which not only cost an unnecessary loss of property but also make them to bear the legal consequences.Through defining the concept of the invalid contract and the legal consequences,this paper wants to reminded the parties to the contract to protect their legitimate rights and interests,and to avoid unnecessary economic losses and bear the corresponding legal consequences.
