摘要
我国的高职教育正处在由规模发展向内涵发展阶段,提高高职院校的内部管理水平是内涵建设的重要内容。本文就高职院校内部管理创新从理念、机制和目标三个方面进行了探讨。
It is from the scale of the development to stages of content development about vocational education in China.How to improve the internal management is an important problem.It is discussed about theinternal management of innovation from idea,system to target.
