机械设计中的材料设计方法问题

The problems of methodology on material design in machine design

本文提出机械设计中的材料设计方法问题，认为传统机械设计方法中有关机械零部件“材料选择设计”的方法应加以改进；以实例分析，阐述了机械设计中常见的材料设计问题；鉴于工业设计方法学的新进展提出了材料设计的新的功能论和系统论设计思想方法；并建议建立基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的机械设计材料库。

This paper put forward the issue of material designing method in machine design and regarded that the method of 'Material selection design' in the traditional method of machine design concerning mechanical parts or components has to be improved. Taking wheel-rail wear resistence design, alloy steel tools wear resistance design, automobile brake liner design and seven link mechanism design of automatic charging device for certain complete set of equipment, etc, as cases being analyzed, the common sighted issue of material design in machine design was elaborated. In view of the new process on the methodology of industrail design, a nwe designing method of thinking of function theory and system theory for material design was advanced, and a proposal was made on the establishment of machine design material database based on Internet.
