心理认知护理在心理测验过程中应用效果研究

Therapeutic effect by psychological cognition ursing on application of psychological tests

目的:探讨心理认知护理在心理测验过程中应用效果。方法:对1 360例心理门诊来访者中的720例在心理测验过程中运用心理认知护理技术帮助他们实施心理测验,从而协助医生及来访者判断心理健康水平。结果:通过心理认知护理,来访者中有699例完成心理测验,完成率达97%,而对照组640例中有510例完成心理测验,完成率为79.7%,研究组完成心理测验有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:心理测验过程中实施心理认知护理能明显提高心理门诊来访者认识到心理测验对心理健康水平判断的重要性,对完成心理测验有明显效果。

Objective：To explore therapeutic effect by psychological cognition nursing on application of psychological tests.Methods：720 cases call in psychological Clinic completed psychological tests on accept psychological cognitive nursing in 1 360 cases call in psychological Clinic.Assist doctor and visitors diagnose level in mental heath.Results： 699 cases completed psychological tests on accept psychological cognitive nursing completed rate reach 97%.There were significant differences than not accept psychological cognitive nursing（P0.01） lated completed rate only reach 79.7%（510/640）.Conclusions： People＇s call in psychological Clinic know essentiality for psychological tests to mental heath by psychological cognition nursing.Ending completed psychological tests.
