家庭因素对社区精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

Effect of family factors on the social function in the community schizophrenia

目的:探讨家庭因素对精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的影响。方法:采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)和自编家庭情况调查表对社区精神分裂症患者进行评定,按照SDSS评定结果分为精神残疾组和无精神残疾组。结果:两组患者的一般情况无差异,在家庭类型、家庭经济、家庭照顾、生活规律方面存在显著性差异。结论:精神分裂症患者的社会功能受家庭环境和生活规律的影响,良好的家庭环境和生活规律有利于患者社会功能康复。

Objective：To explore the effect of family factors on the social function in patients with schizophrenia defect.Methods：evaluated the community schizophrenia with The Social Disability Screening Schedule（SDSS） and the self-compiled questionnaire family situation,divided patients into mental disability group and non-mental disability group with the results of SDSS.Results： There were no differences in the patient＇s general situation,there is a significant difference in the family type,household economy,family care and patterns of life.Conclusions： The social function of patients with schizophrenia is affected by the family environment and the patterns of life,good family environment and patterns of life conducive to rehabilitation of social function in patients with schizophrenia.
