血清NSE对急性脑出血病情及预后评估的价值 被引量:3

VALUE OF SERUM NSE IN EVALUATING THE STATE AND PROGNOSIS OF ACUTE CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE

摘要 目的探讨急性脑出血患者血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的动态变化及其对病情和预后的评估价值。方法急性脑出血患者60例,按1995年我国第四次脑血管病学术会议通过的脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损评分标准,分为轻型25例(0~15分),中型21例(16~30分),重型14例((31~45分)。分别于发病后24h以内,3d,7d,14d抽取空腹外周静脉血,采用电化学发光法检测血清NSE水平。结果 3组间NSE水平比较第14d中型组与轻型组比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),其余各时间段重型组与轻、中型组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.01);预后不良组和恢复良好组各时间段血清NSE水平对比差异明显(p<0.01)。结论血清NSE与急性脑出血患者的病情严重程度相关,可用于对脑损伤严重程度判断和预后评估。
