医院劳务派遣用工在医院员工队伍中所占的比例越来越大。在给医院带来了生机活力的同时,也带来了诸多新的思想问题。本文对影响医院劳务派遣职工思想不稳定的因素进行了分析,对如何消除医院劳务派遣职工思想不稳定因素进行了研究,为医院如何做好劳务派遣职工的思想政治工作提供了参考。
The dispatched staff in the business occupies a growing proportion. The extensive use of dispatched staff has brought vitality for the enterprise,at the same time it has brought many new ideological problems as well. This article has analyzed and studied the unstable factor of staff and put forward some views on how to carry out the ideological and political work toward the dispatched staff.
